Impremis Marketing is looking for a passionate and results-driven Direct Response Advertising Copywriter to join our growing team. As a Direct Response Copywriter, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating persuasive, conversion-focused copy that powers our international clients’ success across e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.

 

Key Responsibility

What you'll do:

As a Direct Response Advertising Copywriter,  you’ll:
  • Write High-Converting Copy: Craft persuasive ad copy, landing pages, email sequences, product descriptions, and more for e-commerce and lead-gen campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Performance Teams: Work closely with media buyers, strategists, and designers to ensure copy aligns with campaign goals.
  • Optimize for Performance: Continuously test, refine, and improve copy to maximize ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Develop Lead-Gen Assets: Write compelling lead magnets, opt-in forms, and nurture email flows that drive customer acquisition.
  • Support E-Commerce Growth: Create product pages, upsell copy, and post-purchase email sequences that increase sales and retention.
  • Analyze Campaign Data: Use performance data and attribution tools to inform copy decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Contribute to Strategy: Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance through better messaging and positioning.

Competency

To excel in this role,  you’ll need:
  • Proven Copywriting Experience: 5+ years of experience writing direct response copy for e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
  • Expertise in Paid Advertising: At least 3 years of experience crafting ad copy for FacebookGoogle, and TikTok campaigns.
  • E-Commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with writing for platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • Lead Generation Mastery: Demonstrated ability to write high-converting landing pages, email sequences, and lead magnets.
  • Performance-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to optimize copy for measurable results (e.g., ROAS, CTR, conversions).
  • Attribution Tools: Experience working with tools like Hyros, Wicked Reports, or North Beam to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Remote Work Experience: 3+ years of proven success working remotely in a collaborative team environment.

What we're looking for:

While not required, the following skills will set you apart:
  • Deep knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles and experience with A/B testing copy.
  • Familiarity with SEO copywriting for e-commerce and lead-gen strategies.
  • Experience writing scripts for video ads (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and neuromarketing principles.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp, Slack, or similar.

  • Proficiency in using ClickUp and Slack for project management and team communication in a remote work setting.
