About this Position

The Creative Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven creative strategies that drive client performance results. This role ensures smooth collaboration across teams, optimizes workflows, and supports the business in scaling client accounts. You will play a key role in shaping the client journey—from onboarding to campaign execution—while tracking key performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibility

What you'll do:

  • Creative Strategy & Execution: Develop creative strategies for paid social campaigns that align with client goals, optimizing KPIs such as CPR, ROAS, etc.
  • Campaign Optimization: Use a hypothesis tracker to monitor creative test success rates and ensure every ad asset supports performance goals.
  • Client Onboarding & Journey Overview: Manage client flow from onboarding to campaign delivery. Hold the team accountable for delivering exceptional results and tracking NPS (Net Promoter Score).
  • Ad Tech & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance ad tech processes and foster cross-department collaboration for a holistic approach to campaign success.
  • Team Collaboration & Resource Allocation: Oversee resource allocation across creative and media buying teams, adjusting task assignments based on workload and strategic priorities. Lead the teams to ensure efficient delivery of client requirements.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPR, ROAS, etc.), providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest developments, trends, and best practices in Facebook advertising to maintain a competitive edge.

How You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • 30% creating and implementing creative strategies for client campaigns.
  • 25% collaborating with teams to manage workflows and ensure timely delivery.
  • 20% auditing ad performance and optimizing creative tests.
  • 15% conducting market research and improving processes.
  • 10% reporting on campaign performance.

Competency

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role at an agency or large eCommerce brand.

5+ yrs

  • Expertise in paid social, focusing on managing and optimizing campaigns for eCommerce brands.
  • Experience handling B2B and B2C accounts, with a focus on lead generation and online sales conversion.
  • Managed a team of five or more.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
