Our Recruitment Process
To build a team of top-tier talent, we cast a wide net. Each month, we reach out to thousands of candidates, but on average only 1 in 1,000 applicants get an offer.
Job Application Form
Complete and submit the application form, which will be reviewed by our CEO/GM to ensure you meet the core requirements.
Cultural Fit Interview
If you pass the initial interview, you'll have a cultural fit interview with our GM. Depending on the role, you may be assigned a paid or unpaid test afterward.
Final Cultural Meeting
Join a call with our leaders to ask questions and explore the company culture—CEO-free—for an open, honest fit evaluation.
Monthly Outreach by the CEO
Our CEO, Jordan, personally reaches out to pre-screened candidates via LinkedIn or email, identifying potential talent.
Initial Interview
If qualified, you'll be invited to a 15-minute assessment interview within a few days of submitting your application.
Test Assessment
