Key Responsibility

What you'll do:

The Jr. Account Manager is responsible for handling client relations, communications, and success. Subsequently, you may also occasionally need to have direct oversight of projects and services we provide, making sure that what the client wants is what the team is capable of delivering.

  • To handle client relations, communications, and client-customer satisfaction.
  • To focus on sales whether it’s new leads or upselling current clients.
  • Direct oversight of client’s projects and services (project management) will consist of the majority of the day-to-day operations.
