What you'll do:
Innovatively design ad creatives across digital platforms, optimized for conversion and consistent with brand identity.
Strategically collaborate with the marketing team to integrate campaign goals and audience insights into every design.
Execute A/B testing for ad creatives to refine and enhance conversion rates.
Master digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and project management software, particularly ClickUp, to deliver quality work efficiently.
Remain at the cutting edge of design trends, digital marketing strategies, and ad platform innovations to keep our campaigns impactful.
Contribute to campaign strategy discussions, offering creative solutions that bolster marketing objectives.

What we're looking for:
A minimum of 2 years (preferably 3+) in graphic design with a demonstrated track record in high-conversion ad designs.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Jamboard, and especially ClickUp for project management.
A keen eye for design detail, with a strategic mindset geared towards marketing and conversion optimization.
Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and efficient collaboration across our remote team.

Time Allocation:
60% on designing and refining ad creatives.
20% on collaboration and strategy sessions with marketing and creative teams.
10% on staying updated with the latest design and advertising trends.
10% on project management, including planning, execution, and analysis, using ClickUp.
