About this Position

Key Responsibility

What you'll do:

  • Innovatively design ad creatives across digital platforms, optimized for conversion and consistent with brand identity.
  • Strategically collaborate with the marketing team to integrate campaign goals and audience insights into every design.
  • Execute A/B testing for ad creatives to refine and enhance conversion rates.
  • Master digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and project management software, particularly ClickUp, to deliver quality work efficiently.
  • Remain at the cutting edge of design trends, digital marketing strategies, and ad platform innovations to keep our campaigns impactful.
  • Contribute to campaign strategy discussions, offering creative solutions that bolster marketing objectives.


Starting Salary
(depending on experience):




  • 12 days of annual paid leave after the first 6 months.

Desired Skills

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years (preferably 3+) in graphic design with a demonstrated track record in high-conversion ad designs.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Jamboard, and especially ClickUp for project management.
  • A keen eye for design detail, with a strategic mindset geared towards marketing and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and efficient collaboration across our remote team.

  • 60% on designing and refining ad creatives.
  • 20% on collaboration and strategy sessions with marketing and creative teams.
  • 10% on staying updated with the latest design and advertising trends.
  • 10% on project management, including planning, execution, and analysis, using ClickUp.

  • Conversion rates and overall performance of ad campaigns.
