About this position

You’ll be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing our clients’ digital platforms to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. Key Responsibility

What you'll do:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive CRO strategies that align with client objectives, focusing on enhancing user engagement and conversion rates across digital platforms.
  • Tool Mastery: Demonstrate proficiency in industry-leading CRO tools such as Optimizely, Crazy Egg, VWO, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and Lucky Orange, while remaining open to learning and integrating other CRO tools as needed.
  • A/B Testing and Analytics: Conduct extensive A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies and design choices. Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine website layouts, improve navigation, and optimize content placement to boost user interactions and conversions.
  • Client Reporting: Deliver regular reports detailing testing outcomes, insights gathered, and the impact of changes implemented on overall conversion performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers, developers, and advertisers to ensure a cohesive approach to increasing site performance and meeting broader marketing goals.

Competency

Competitive salary ranging from PHP 40,000 to PHP 120,000, based on experience and qualifications.

  • Analytical and Data-Driven: Strong capability to analyze data, interpret user behavior, and apply findings to create result-oriented CRO strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in Google Analytics and other prominent CRO tools, with the capability to quickly adapt to new technologies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Good design sensibilities to create initial mock-ups and collaborate effectively with design and content teams to bring visions to life.
  • Communication and Reporting: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights, strategies, and results to clients and team members.
