Key Responsibility

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with broader marketing objectives, aiming to increase customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion rates.
  • Customized Content Creation: Produce highly engaging and personalized email content tailored to diverse audience segments, ensuring messages resonate and drive desired actions.
  • A/B Testing and Analytics: Implement systematic A/B testing for various email components. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure success, and optimize future campaigns for improved effectiveness.
  • List Management and Growth: Proactively manage and segment email lists to enhance campaign targeting. Develop and execute strategies for list growth while maintaining high engagement levels and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other marketing, design, and content teams to ensure email campaigns are integrated and consistent with overall brand messaging and marketing goals.


  • Proven Email Marketing Success: Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful email marketing campaigns that meet or exceed set objectives. A solid track record of enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through strategic email initiatives.
  • Creative and Analytical Balance: Exceptional ability to craft compelling email content combined with a data-driven approach to campaign management. Skills in balancing creative content creation with rigorous analytics and performance optimization.
  • Brand Voice Adaptability: Skill in adapting and maintaining a consistent brand voice across various email communications, understanding how to shift the tone to suit different audience segments and campaign goals.
  • Technical Proficiency and Innovation: Comfortable navigating email marketing platforms and analytics tools, keen to explore new technologies and approaches to improve email marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Essential Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in email marketing within a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in strategizing and implementing successful email marketing campaigns with clear KPI improvements.
  • Solid understanding of current email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Advanced written and spoken English proficiency, with impeccable communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas.
  • Experience working remotely, demonstrating self-motivation, time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively using digital tools (e.g., ClickUp, Slack).
