About this Position

Key Responsibility

What you'll do:

  • Creative Direction: Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative strategies, ensuring they align with brand objectives and client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Graphic Design and Brand Assets: Direct the creation and delivery of various graphic design elements and brand assets to clients, including website design, ensuring high quality and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Project Management: Oversee the creative project lifecycle, from ideation through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer success manager, project managers, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective creative strategy.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, incorporating innovative design solutions and techniques into projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure all creative outputs meet or exceed client and agency standards.
  • Client Relations: Understand clients’ visions and needs from the lens of our CSM, presenting creative concepts and solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and monitor key performance indicators for the creative team, aligning with agency goals and client satisfaction.

Starting Salary:

P50,000

P120,000

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 5 years (preferably 7) in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio in branding, direct-to-consumer advertising, packaging and website design.

BENEFITS:
