What you'll do:
As the Head of Creative, you will play a crucial role in shaping our agency’s creative direction and driving excellence in design to achieve business success for our clients.

Essential Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Suite (XD, PS, AI, Premiere, etc.)
- Comfortable in creating static graphics, GIFs, as well as videos.
- Highly attentive to detail, organized, communicative, and manages time well.
- A leader who takes initiative, and willing to learn while being teachable.
- Sees the big picture, thinks outside the box, and can provide solutions that drive results.
- Has a clear understanding of customer journey, user experience, web development, Facebook ads, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or creative organization.
- Proven track record of successful creative projects and client satisfaction.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work and design expertise.
