About this Position
Key Responsibility
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Execute comprehensive QA testing for WordPress and Shopify websites, identifying both functional and aesthetic issues.
- Utilize advanced digital tools and be familiar with tools such as (Adobe, Figma, Jamboard) for detailed issue documentation and resolution strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with the design and development teams to refine and enhance website functionality.
- Implement and manage structured QA processes via project management tools (Asana, ClickUp), ensuring streamlined workflows and project transparency.
- Provide actionable feedback and recommendations through detailed reporting to continuously elevate website quality.
- Able to update basic content updates for WordPress/Shopify is a plus!

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 2 years of QA experience, ideally 3 or more, specifically within digital environments focusing on website quality assurance for WordPress and Shopify.
